I ran the incremental install (I was told by Rochester that the full and incremental install files are the same size - so apparently they are the same...RSTLICPGM).
OK, from talking with supportline in Rochester, the installation failed because I was not completely up to date on the java group ptf. There was a specific PTF I needed that should be in SF99069 java group ptf package #14 or #15. I was at #11, so I was close... I was informed that they were going to take it off the web, but that the download I have is alright. Apparently they want to fix the need for having that PTF.
Anyway, I have ordered the java group and will install that, IPL my test machine, and then run the incremental installer once more. I may upgrade my client workstation as well to see what happens with my bookmarks, etc...
I will keep you posted - hopefully the PTFs will arrive tomorrow or early Thursday.
